Branch Expansion Head

BRANCH EXPANSION HEAD: Construction

This position will require responsibility in ensuring that the specific projects are implemented efficiently and successfully within the agreed terms of the project. This requires constant oversight of the project to ensure activities are being performed, collecting data to analyze performance and progress. He/ She must also be able to identify problems and solve them.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage project execution from inception to completion.

Plan, track and manage the project scope, schedule and cost to ensure project scope is met, completed

on time and within budget.

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and operations team to resolve project and management

issues.

Take care of the quality and safety of the project.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors to reach profitable agreements

Coordinate with department responsible for the procurement of all required permits during and after

construction (Building, Electrical, Mechanical and Occupancy permits and as-built plans)

Collaborate with designers, engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications for the projects

Be the poijt person in the bidding out and assignment of contractors of each porject

Coordinate with Mall admin for any requirement of the space which includes; the basic turnover of the

space from Mall to Digits and any other construction concerns.

Work closely with retail and operations team to ensure the store meets theie requirements

Manage and ensure that every owner supplied materials are properly purchased and within specifications

of the project

Be the point person to hand-off and turnover the completed project/store to the retail and operations

team

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Architectural, Civil Engineering or

Mechanical Engineering

At least 7 year (s) of working experience in construction field

With experience in Project Management

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Deliver quick results with minimal supervision

Detailed oriented, results driven, proactive, collaborative and a team player
