JOB DETAILS
- Inform teams of commercial issues and risks
Build relationships with customers and assist with finance-related queries- Manage RDO and after-hours roster, support onboarding, and project setup
Perform ad hoc administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with customer documentation and manage portals for QA
Support planning, scheduling, and completion of maintenance works- Issue POs and provide reception support as required Implement strategies aligning with TS goals and financial KPIs
Maintain operational workflow processes and communicate with stakeholders
- Support DMM compliance and business reporting regimes
Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification:- 5+ years in service contract administration/management or similar business environment
Experience with financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP/JDE) advantageous
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
Proven technician trade scheduling and work allocation experience- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
High computer literacy, advanced in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
Competent in report writing and providing effective communication- Attention to detail and proactive in collaborative work
Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
