JOB SUMMARY
Supports in the management and operation of the Local Branch Admin Office
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Shall welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Shall record daily IN and OUT of clients and sellers.
- Shall receive, check and record all Signed Contract-to-Sell and other documentary requirements for dispatch to Head Office.
- Shall manage the processing of Post-Dated-Checks by evaluating, encoding, warehousing, and check return.
- Shall coordinate with the office/unit for the timely resolution and implementation of various pre and post sales client's requests and concerns.
- Shall handle the requisition and disbursement of collateral allocation per broker group (for International Admin Offices only)
- Shall assist in the recommendation of sales and marketing opportunities or strategies that will have sales impact in the company.
- Shall prepare an accomplishment report to be submitted to the BMU Supervisor on a monthly basis.
- Shall monitor and request branch office supplies regularly.
- Shall perform other functions as may from time to time, be assigned by the Company.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree related to finance management and/or Customer relations
- Has Understanding of financial management
- Has proficiency in software applications (MS Office, SAP, etc.,) and internet navigation.
- Has Analytic Skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Good Communication skills (Oral and Written)
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Can work under pressure
- Familiar in Banking Regulations
- Has high stress tolerance
