• JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Facilitate detailed Process Training in an engaging manner consistent with learning and development best practices

Maintain adherence with standardized processes and procedures while developing and facilitating training activities

• Adhere to rigid schedules associated with classroom training

Provide weekly training reports to appropriate management teams

• Update process manuals and standard of performance documents as required

Schedule and manage all training resources in concert with training team

• Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations

Deploy training updates in a timely and effective manner

• Develop training curricula as needed including multimedia delivery platforms

Develop and conduct refresher training as required

• SKILL SETS:

• Ability to ensure that learning transfer with New Hire groups by maintaining minimum established score standard

Can ensure Vendor success through learning initiatives through targeted efforts

• Perform tasks in a timely manner and complete all strategic initiative projects within alloted deadlines

Conduct regular training effectiveness and learning gap analysis

• Identify and recommend process improvements across the business unit

Continual improvement of learning and development knowledge and skills

• Maintain professional standards

Process improvement/s through the effective use of training needs analysis/gap analysis

• QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product or Process Trainer in a BPO setting.

Willing to Work Onsite in Davao City
