Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor individual team members to improve their sales skills, communication techniques, and product knowledge.
Monitor team performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.- Address challenges and conflicts within the team, promoting a culture of open communication.
Ensure the team prioritizes excellent customer service and builds strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a TeleSales leadership or similar sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.- Strong sales background. The successful hire will be managing his personal as well as the team's sales target.
Coaching and training skills to help the team improve and generate sales
- Organized and structured person who can recommend data-driven solutions.
Someone who is capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients- Strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills
Strong communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
