Full job descriptionAs a TeleSales Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Telesales team.
Coach and mentor individual team members to improve their sales skills, communication techniques, and product knowledge.
- Monitor team performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Address challenges and conflicts within the team, promoting a culture of open communication.- Ensure the team prioritizes excellent customer service and builds strong relationships with clients.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a TeleSales leadership or similar sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Strong sales background. The successful hire will be managing his personal as well as the team's sales target.
- Coaching and training skills to help the team improve and generate sales
Organized and structured person who can recommend data-driven solutions.- Someone who is capable in building and maintaining relationship with clients
Strong presentation, pitching, negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
