How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Regularly check email notifications and web portals to find and acquire relevant and the most recent telecom installation updates
- Update the Lightyear platform to include the latest telecom and installation status
- Work closely with team members to maintain accurate data and records
- Collaborate with carriers and vendors to address issues and discrepancies with installation status
What You Must Possess
- Background in carrier web portals and email notifications
- Knowledge of data entry and spreadsheet tools
- Ability to extract accurate and relevant information from different channels
- Ability to relay with service providers and carriers to resolve issues
- Proactive decision-making and problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work during U.S. business hours
