Job Title: Team Leader
Account: Healthcare
Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays
Salary: Maximum of 40K-50K (ALL IN still depends on work experience)
Work Location: Market! Market!, Taguig (must be willing to work onsite)

Qualifications:

With three years of Team Leader work experience in a healthcare account under a BPO company
Willing to work on-site in Market! Market!, and willing to render overtime

Job Requirement:

Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
Good Communications skills Written & Verbal in English

Amenable to work for a shifting schedule

Job Description:

People Management:
Leading and developing a team of Aftercare Coordinators; responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the team.
Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with client's policies and procedures; additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; and effective
conflict resolution.
Communicating policies to coordinators and become the primary information source for staff; following-up to ensure compliance and consistency; taking corrective action as necessary and documenting the issue and actions taken.

Project Management:

Solving complex vendor invoicing issues and proactively heading off negative service trends
Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures
Development, analysis and improvement of new strategies and procedures
Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve vendor
promise expectations
Perform other projects and duties as required
