Bachelor's degree or at least completed 1 year in College (no back subjects)- 3 years of Team Lead experience in BPO
Non-negotiable: 1+ years of Team Lead experience handling Fraud accounts and inbound call-taking agents
Strong communication skills, including active listening.- Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects.
Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
- Amenable to work 100% ONSITE (BGC, TAGUIG).
