Job Description
Bachelor's degree or at least completed 1 year in College (no back subjects)
3 years of Team Lead experience in BPO
Non-negotiable: 1+ years of Team Lead experience handling Fraud accounts and inbound call-taking agents OR TL handling Customer Service/Collection/Telco
Proven leadership skills
Strong communication skills, including active listening.
Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects.
Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
Amenable to work 100% ONSITE (BGC, TAGUIG).
Able to start ASAP
