Total of 3 years Team Lead experience in BPO settingNon-negotiable
: 1+ years of Team Lead experience handling Financial account(s) and inbound call-taking agents Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication skills, including active listening.
Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects.- Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
Amenable to work 100% ONSITE (BGC, TAGUIG).
