Qualifications: At least 8 years BPO Training experience
5 to 8 years Managerial experience in Training for a BPO Company
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong coaching and people management skills
Data analytical skills
Willing to work on any shift schedule especially graveyard
Proven experience as a Training Manager in a BPO Setting
Familiarity with quality inspection tools and methodology
Proven knowledge of quality management system
