Graduate of any Bachelors degree, High school graduate or completed at least 2 years in College with at least 3 years of working experience in BPO/Call Center
With 1 - 2 years experience as Quality Team Leader in a BPO company with knowledge in coaching and quality calibration in an inbound/outbound process.
Candidate must have excellent spoken & written English communications skills and strong analytical and listening skills
Willing to work on-site in Pavia, Iloilo, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours.
