SUMMARY

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback

Responsibilities:

Implement a clear overall quality strategy with scalable processes/tools/systems that allows resource efficient monitoring of decision accuracy and surface and surface overall user experience issues fast and effectively to define appropriate continuous improvement programs.

Passionately tell the story of why Quality matters build consensus and inspire others to move fast on fixing problems.

Recommended Qualification

• Experience in managing quality control /quality analysis organization or leading cross-functional quality improvement projects and teams in a dynamic environment.
• 5+ years of demonstrate management ability across diverse function (direct report, cross functional relationship, third party vendors.)
• Demonstrate ability to perform well in a rapidly changing and extremely global essential.
• Strong practical experience with excel (Pivot Table, Charts, Statistical functional is essential.
• Experience with Tableau/PowerBI or other tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of breaking down complex process and identifying key pain points in order to deliver business improvements at the regional or global level.
• Quality certifications (e.g Lean Six Sigma, TQM, etc.) is a plus
• PM Certification is a plus
