How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Career Development
- Meet with employees to help them achieve their overall career goals through personalized counseling and guidance
- Assist in the creation of career development plans and provide resources to support career advancement
- Mental Health Support
- Establish and implement mental health goals and practices tailored to individual and organizational needs
- Offer counseling sessions to address personal and work-related issues, promoting overall mental wellness
- Training and Leadership Program Coordination
- Develop and enhance skills across the organization, aligning with the evolving needs of a fast-moving company
- Collaborate with different departments to effectively create, manage, enhance, and execute existing and new training programs, including organizational leadership training
- Collaborate well with leadership staff to create, edit, and enhance training documents and materials
- Employee Engagement
- Manage overall employee engagement levels and work with staff to increase morale, effectiveness, and job satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and foster a positive work environment
What You Must Possess
- Degree in psychology, counseling, human resources, or related fields
- Proven experience in career counseling, mental health support, or related fields, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information
- Initiative, creativity, and passion for fostering a positive work environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Experience in creating and executing training programs
- Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies
