What you will do
The BPO Management Manager is responsible for the execution of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) strategy. This role leads the BPO Operational Management processes for vendors and processes in scope in partnership with functional Operations and Procurement.
This person will lead the BPO partner relationships and ensure that the BPOs are adhering to their contracts, especially the service level agreements and metrics. The BPO Management Manager will work closely with the global functional owners (i.e. HR, Procurement, Finance, etc.) and other internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met and remediate any issues.
The Manager is responsible in ensuring a strong governance program is in place and followed to optimize value from the BPO relationships and that all parties fulfill their contractual, service performance and financial obligations.
Your expertise will be crucial in Vendor Management, implementing best-in-class approach on vendor performance management and engagement, ensuring executional excellence is embedded in the partnership model.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operational processes across all Operations & Enablement service delivery processes to ensure strong governance, standard metrics reporting, and project management/planning with respect to BPO-related projects
Support business process, organization, and systems across BPO in scope
Provide cross-functional project leadership and oversight for project and execution at vendor(s).
Manage project pipeline and prioritization process
Establish and manage deployment of service management and operational metrics framework for vendor(s).
Measures Service Provider service quality and core metrics against SLA Lead cadenced operational reviews with vendor and process area and ensure consistent operational reporting
Closely collaborate with Procurement and Finance regarding Contracts, amendments, Projects, and Work Orders.
Partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure day-to-day functions such as PO, invoice management, SLA reporting and the like are happening in accordance with the governance plan.
Lead/support Issue Management: Supporting execution of Operational Risks and Corrective Action Program with the vendors, including timely & effective resolution of risks
Facilitates resolution for first level service level escalations, contract and compliance issues
Responsible for ensuring BPO partners are compliant with internal and external policies and regulations.
Drive business reviews (MBR, QBR) and governance, challenge status quo, identify opportunities & initiatives to optimize cost, enhance quality of service and drive continuous improvement in partnership with the vendors & internal functional owner/s
Implement vendor scorecard, vendor performance monitoring programs, cost management, and data tracking & insights enabling the function to identify opportunities and partner with the vendors in driving high-quality solutions delivery.
Partners with Procurement Team on RFP, PO management, vendor onboarding, audits, and due diligence.
Support the execution of audits and activities required for the review and approval of either internal or third-party risk management exercise.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain or related degree
Proven ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries
Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex global environment, including substantial flexibility to accommodate working hours in multiple regions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned activities, while managing complexity and ambiguity
Demonstrated ability in budget management
5 yrs of experience in service management, service delivery, or service operations
Additional prior experience in Service Delivery Support functions is preferred
Experience working with outsourced global providers
Experience negotiating and managing contracts
Demonstrated excellence with vendor management and related skills, including senior-level relationship building, service level tracking and improvement and vendor contracting
Highly collaborative
Proven ability to manage analysts or a team
Excellent project management skills
Proficient in written and spoken English language
Desired Qualifications:
Background in or knowledge of core Global Business Services functions
Financial management and Reporting experience
Solid BPO vendor management experience
