How You Spend Your Eight Hours
- Assist in gathering and recording detailed business requirements from internal and external stakeholders and creating and supervising dashboards to satisfy company and client reporting requirements
- Assist in analyzing business processes and workflow, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting discoveries and suggestions
- Help extract valuable insights from data to create detailed reports essential for decision-making
- Assist in organizing, executing, documenting, and finalizing projects to guarantee prompt and accurate completion
- Assist in reviewing feedback to improve stakeholder satisfaction in accordance with company goals
- Facilitate communication between business departments and operations to ensure clarity and efficiency
- Research new business analysis and industry trends, best practices, policies, procedures, business models, methodologies, and technologies that could offer competitive advantages or operational improvements
- Create visual representations and interactive panels to automatically convey data discoveries on the company's internal network
- Monitor systems to guarantee efficient automatic data reporting on the Intranet, providing secure access to clients and internal stakeholders
- Create visually appealing client reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries, as well as quality measurements
- Assist in managing business reports for each account to ensure they are prompt and accurate
- Study international and local information security standards, laws, and regulations to ensure the company's business and data handling practices comply with ISO 27001, DPA, etc.
- Help conduct training sessions and share best practices within the organization
- Support the integration process by handling the effects of changes, improving communication, and ensuring seamless transitions in the field of business analytics
- Assist in managing timesheet validation and verification for accuracy and compliance
- Help oversee workforce management, ensuring good data procurement and employee relations
What You Must Possess
- Associate's degree or similar experience in business administration, data science, statistics, computer science, or related fields
- Keen analytical sense to help identify areas for improvement in business processes and generate actionable insights from data
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, SAS) and programming languages (e.g., Python) (a plus)
- Knowledge of operations and business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Basic understanding of project management principles to assist in organizing, executing, and documenting projects
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with data handling practices, information security standards, and relevant laws and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, DPA)
- Experience in creating detailed reports and visual representations of data
- Experience in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of cooperation and teamwork to work effectively with various departments and stakeholders
- Willingness to perform work related to the department, with support and training from the department, outside the scope of this job description
