- Account specific roles & responsibilities:
Responsible for following up on claims that are 0-60 days old ( HMO / MLTC payers)
Analyze unpaid claims and coordinates with insurance to process , dispute , appeal claims
Bills out Managed Long Term , Secondary Insurance claims.
Investigates on unpaid / underpaid claims and find out best solution to get claims paid
Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
- Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues- Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
6 months - 1-year BPO experience in a Healthcare account- Good working knowledge with
Medicare/Medicaid
Knowledgeable with
medical claims, benefits, eligibilities, appeals.- Excellent verbal and written English skills
Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
- Amenable working night shift
