Job Description

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

Assisting customers with order processing, account management.

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedbackk and suggestions for process enhancements.

Adhering to company guidelines and policies to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications:


Must have finished at least HS/SHS education

- Has at least 1 year of BPO experience (international voice campaign)

- Amenable to work in MOA/CEB

- Has a Driver's License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,
  • 00 - Php27,000.00 per month
