How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Check and respond to emails
Confirm sales orders before invoicing
Prepare and send invoices to B2B clients
Follow up with clients to expedite payments
Handle other accounts receivable and payable tasks
Categorize bank account and credit card transactions via Odoo
What You Must Possess
General accounting and bookkeeping experience
Experience using Odoo
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent proofreading and formatting skills
Effective written and verbal English communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
