Non-Negotiable Requirements:- 4 years of leadership experience in BPO CS with a prior Operational Excellence background with an emphasis on Process Improvement
Experience Creating Process Definition or Framework for Coaching, Training, Reporting, Governance, and WFM. At least 5 years in customer service in a BPO setting.
- Most relevant experience preferred: Collections, Fraud, Financial Background Highly Preferred; Training Experience (Operations Trainer) on the Side is a Plus
Operations Experience is a Critical Requirement, Especially Within Customer Service.- Amenable to work onsite in Alabang and shifting schedules
