  • Job Summary:

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI AIA products to the bank's customer base
  • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with the bank officers and staff in the branch/es they are assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business.
Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with prospective and existing clientele; Perform customer service and business conservation activities
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims; submit required reports on time
Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business
  • Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters
Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of bancassurance business.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any course
2 years solid sales experience and customer service management in any industry (background in insurance is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills (oral and written)
Has proven track record of achieving sales target with supporting documentation (Certification and Awards) consistently for at least a year.
  • Preferred Tagum Surigao residents.

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php19,000.00 per month
