Your Role:
To collaborate with Business Architects, Business representatives or End-Users and Consultants to understand process requirements and developments.
To create and adjust tests scripts to ensure requirements are tested according to Template moreover to secure tests prerequisites creation and tests execution within timeframe and quality.
To perform the data migration cycles by completing mappings, performing loads checks and supporting data cleansing.
To support End-Users by delivering trainings and solving issues during Hypercare.
To act as a change agent, not just regarding system set up rather to support any change in ERP or process changes. Be proactive towards end user and provide continuous support during Hypercare whenever needed.
During each project phase to communicate to Project Manager or Stream Lead about the activities status and risks and plan all day-to-day project activities like in SAP-template set-up and subsequent roll-outs.
To take ownership of assigned areas of responsibility in close alignment with A2R stream lead or project manager at any point of time.
To engage in autodidactic learning to maintain professional knowledge of global as well as local business processes within responsibility, but also cross-functional.
To leverage expertise to continuously improve processes towards standardization and harmonization to further increase efficiency and share best practices with other Team members.
To ensure work continuity by driving training sessions with other Team members identified as backup.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree (Accounting-/Business related) required; Master's Degree strongly preferred.
4+ years of relevant work experience in finance/accounting/controlling processes and SAP-module FI General Ledger, Bank Processing, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management and Fixed Assets or SAP-module CO Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Cost Center Accounting and Internal Order Accounting
6+ year deep understanding of operational finance/controlling aspects and requirements, ideally within pharmaceutical & chemical industry
Analytical & conceptual skills; strong team-player and goal oriented with experiences in international work environment supplemented by intercultural competencies
Excellent English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills; other languages like German would be an asset
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to review and interpret data, detect problems and determine best solution and preventative measures to mitigate future risks
Flexibility & willingness for regular business trips.
