What you will do
You will tell the story of our financial numbers. It's vital to operations and planning to know the health and future of the company by its numbers. You will own this information and help the leadership team make key operating, investing, and financing decisions.
- Own the P&L and produce a monthly report to review with the leadership team
Keep Xero fully up to date with all financial information and records Accounts Payable / Receivable and follow up in the case of a lapse payment
- Assist with creating and maintaining the company budget
Facilitate expense tracking and reimbursement process- Work with our accounting department to streamline vendor payment processes and improve the financial health of the company
Manage Refunds
- Organizing and filing transaction documents
Generating financial reports and statements- Preparing and processing electronic payments, transfers and financial transactions
Track and pay invoices and receipts
Assist in Audit Preparation- Assist in the creation and leadership of Bookkeeping as a service to our clients
What you need- Knowledge and experience in using Xero
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
- A passion for numbers, accounting and bookkeeping
Extreme self-motivation and problem-solving skills- A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
- High level of English especially for reading
