Job Description:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Resolve discrepancies and issues related to financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations.- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support.
- Assists on BIR documentation - accreditation
Assist to the External Auditor's services and functions
Job Qualification:- Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or any equivalent course
Must have at least a year of similar experience
- Comprehensive knowledge in accounting process
Must have an extensive knowledge in tax laws- Certified Public Accountant is an advantage.
Articulate and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilient, enthusiastic individual with strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
