What are we looking for
Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, executive assistant, accounting administration or a related field.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping procedures and best practices a plus.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as XERO a plus.
- Good knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in data entry and maintaining databases.

- Impeccable time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

What will you do
- Accounting Team Support: Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks, including document preparation, database updates, and communication management.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their accounting needs are met.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all accounting documentation is accurately profiled, organized, and easily accessible.
- Client Database Management: Update and maintain client records, handle onboarding, offboarding, and closure of clients, including write-offs.
- Document and Database Handling: Manage various databases, profile documents according to naming conventions, and prepare/send documents for electronic signing (Adobe e-Sign).
- Administrative Support: Follow written process for quarterly PAYG Statements, generate AS for contractors, and prepare trust account letters. (Training will be provided)
