QUALIFICATIONS:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Accountancy / Management Accountancy / Accounting Technology / Financial Management
Must be knowledgeable on the following: Financial Statements Preparation, Bookkeeping, Disbursement, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Billing & Collection.- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Amenable to work
- 5 days a week (Saturday halfday)
- Amenable to be assigned at a residential property at Nivel Hills Lahug
Responsible for timely preparation of Financial Statements with corresponding analysis and schedules.
- Prepare monthly closing and adjusting entries
Responsible for timely and accurate preparation, filing and/or payment of required/applicable taxes and other reportorial requirements by BIR, Municipality, and Securities & Exchange Commission.- Oversee Billing and Collection function
Oversee Disbursement function
- Prepare weekly bank reconciliation statements
Assist in preparation of annual budget- Review and post accounting entries
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
