Working closely with the Team Manager, the duties and responsibilities of this position include but not limited:
- Handle phone call and email queries from clients.
Maintain smooth and prompt communication flow with clients.- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients that facilitate a great client experience.
Participating in client meetings and completing file notes.
- Resolving client complaints.
Ensuring all client lodgements are up to date including PAYG withholding, superannuation, payroll tax, FBT, BAS and IAS.- Identify and implement efficiency improvements for clients.
Responsible for reconciliating the accounts and ensure the accuracy.
- Responsible for managing the account of the clients.
Strong analytical skills to create detailed financial reports.- Ability to work cordially within his/her teammates.
Communicate with the client if the Supervisor is not available.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
With Australian bookkeeping/accounting is a huge factor
- At least 1-2 years related experience (external).
Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- With BPO experience is a plus
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel Familiarity with shortcuts and formulas.- Excellent attention to details.
Knowledgeable in Cloud Accounting (XERO, Quickbooks, MYOB, etc.) is preferred- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills and a positive attitude.
Willing to learn the latest accounting software and other accounting essential system. Willing to work in Fairview, Quezon City from Mondays Fridays / 7am-4pm
