Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls & assist customers in making, altering, or cancelling reservations.
Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations and additional details.- Advise customer regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience.
Research potential clients.
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails.
Determine customer needs and offer product or service solutions and support- Maintain a record of call through our computerized system.
Create and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Answer questions regarding rooms, facilities, rate and events.
Accurately record customer information.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or any related course
Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills- Strong computer proficiency and email communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to resolve customer issues
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
