Work Setup: Onsite, Makati

What's on Your Retail Service To-Do List

• Answering inbound and making outbound calls
  
• Handling customer service inquiries
  
• Managing booking inquiries, scheduling, and appointments
  
• Inputting data accurately into the system
  

Requirements

The Essentials to Succeed in Retail Service

• Bachelor's Degree, or at least two years in college or a technical/vocational course.
  
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets is a bonus.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
