KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensures that the proper set-up of the Boiler and multi-mix before running mass production.
- Perform and follow specific work instruction regarding job schedule.
- Monitor and conduct actual inventory of all raw materials (Glue, Caustic Soda, Borax and etc.) stored at warehouse.
- Monitors Glue quality as per checklist requirement.
- Monitors Boiler performance as per requirement and generate a report necessary correction if applicable.
- Submit report of a multi mix and boiler aspect of Daily Consumption Performance. Directly report to Unit Manager for any abnormal performance and seek for immediate action.
- Assist maintenance in repair works during machine downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure that the quality of all products and services are in accordance with the agreed customer standard and performance requirement.
- Performs other functions that may assign by his/her superior from time to time.
- - Must be graduated from vocational/trade or technical school or high school graduate with 1-2 years experience as a machine operator.
- Must at least one (1) year experience in boiler operation or have underwent a supervised on-the-job-training.
- Must posses good interpersonal skills.
- Must possess good interpersonal relations skills.
- Able to read and write.
