_Description_Provide prompt assistance to all BP incoming Customers for Car-in, For release, and for car damaged assessment (estimate).
Greet, Receives, and Assist all Customers for Car-in, Estimate and for release.
- Receives and Monitor Keys and cars for Car-in and endorse to Checklister.
Monitors and give regular feedback to all waiting Customers for the status of units undergoing Checklist Process.- Assign Estimator to do estimation on the Customer's Vehicle.
Ensures that all units for Release have a Wow Meter survey Form.
- 5S and Telephone Handling.
Prepare Car-In Units Monitoring Report.- Prepare Estimate Monitoring Report.
Prepare Check listed Units Monitoring Report.
- Prepares Wow Meter Monitoring Report.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
Computer Literate.
- Good Organizational Skills.
Pleasing Personality.- Customer Service Oriented.
- _Educational Requirements_
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's or College Degree.
- _Experience Requirements_
No experience required but preferred previous experience in a frontline position.
