Monitors and controls the operation of the facility, equipment and system in the building which are connected to the BMS such as:
o Air conditioning plant
o Air Handling Unit
o Fan Coil Unit
o Pumps
o Fans and Blowers
o Generator Sets
o Synchronizing Switchgear
o Lightings
o Fire Alarm System
o Pumps
o Lightings
o Fire alarm System
o Sprinkler System- Generates technical report of the operation parameters of the facility, equipment and systems.
Analyses generated report based on the standard parameters setting of facility, equipment and system
- Physical inspection of control points of facility, equipment, and system if mounting of sensing elements and control boxes are in good condition.
Annual audit of the functional capability of the BMS System Accomplishes logbook to record unfavorable reports monitored during the operation and taken from the generated report.- Report of equipment and control in case of breakdown.
Making the BMS are environmentally clean at all times.
- Submit monthly report of BMS operation.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by your immediate superior from time to time.
