Responsibilities:_
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of large-scale BMS projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.- Conduct advanced system programming, configuration, and integration of BMS components.
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of complex BMS equipment and systems.
- Perform in-depth system testing, verification, and performance analysis to optimize BMS operations.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulations, and propose innovative solutions to enhance BMS capabilities.- Assist in the development of company-wide standards, processes, and strategies for BMS engineering.
_Requirements:
_- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any related field
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in BMS engineering or a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC systems.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in BMS, such as BACnet or Modbus- Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to BMS engineering.
Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale BMS projects from design to implementation.
- Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
Excellent leadership, project management, and mentoring capabilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary
