- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule planning to reduce heads, tails, and two colors foam by-products.
- Provide the most efficient cutting plan for short blocks.
Manage spares availability, equipment tagging, information and specs database.- Initiates machine maintenance in coordination with EMD.
Establish procedures to maintain overall equipment health.
Analyze Foam Forecasts and adjustments.
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any Engineering related course.- At least a minimum of 3- 5 years experience in Warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
Has knowledge in warehouse methods, procedures and techniques utilized in handling storing stock items.
- Knowledgeable in Material planning and control in a manufacturing firm.
