A. Job Summary- Under the supervision of Warehouse Supervisor, the Blast Team Leader is the one responsible for the start-up of Production, monitoring and recording, detects and identifies problem and non-conformance to standards, monitors compliance to GMP, HACCP, and SSOC Standards.
- B. Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible to operate the Blast Freezer
Ensure the Product is prepare for blast freezing
- In-charge of placing the prepared products to the blast freezer
In-charge of harvesting, coding, recording, boxing and transporting the free product from the blast freezer- Cleaning the area, freezer, and equipment after operations
Maintain cleanliness of the working area during waiting time and before leaving the work place
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time
- C. Qualifications and Competencies Required
- Must be vocational or high school graduate
Must have vast experience and skills in manufacturing
Must have the skills on Blast Freezing Operations
