Job Summary:The PHP Developer will drive optimal performance, customization, and automation of our Bitrix24 platform, ensuring seamless functionality. Additionally, they are expected to provide comprehensive support for projects and technical needs related to PHP programming, contributing to overall business efficiency.
Within the first 60 days, collaborate with the IT team to develop a proactive maintenance plan to minimize system disruptions.- Ensure the Bitrix24 CRM system remains stable and responsive, aiming for less than 2 hours of unexpected system downtime per month.
Meet project and task deadlines consistently, targeting a 95% completion rate within the assigned sprint or project timeline.
- Resolve bugs and post-release issues within a maximum of 48 hours, aiming for a 90% resolution rate within 24 hours or less.
Offer swift support for escalated HelpDesk CRM issues, ensuring a 95% resolution rate within 24 hours.
Time Commitment: 35 hours per week maximum- Work Time: Must be able to attend meetings during Eastern Standard Time. Must be able to respond to emergencies or critical situations at any time, even on weekends (these are quite rare, provided the application is well taken care of).
