JOB DESCRIPTION
Guide and assist clients in submitting necessary documents for BIR permit processing
Act as the liaison between clients and BIR, facilitating smooth communication and timely processing
Manage follow-ups with BIR and clients, ensuring swift and accurate processing
Address client inquiries and concerns related to permit processing
Update and maintain trackers for accurate record-keeping
Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency
Serve as the main point of contact for clients BIR-related concerns
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in business, communication, compliance, processing, or a related field
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving concerns
Comfortable handling calls and corresponding through text, email, and chats
Previous experience in customer service, compliance, or a related role is preferred
Proficient in maintaining accurate records and trackers
Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions simultaneously
Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with BIR processes and mall accreditation is advantageous
