BIM Specialist

• JOB DESCRIPTION:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Preferred but not required; experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and/or TEKLA

• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finish the BIM training program (Architectural, Structural, and MEP)

• Create BIM content: Families, Model in Place, Formulas, Templates, Etc.

Follows BIM Standard

• Create Building Information Model (BIM) from LOD 200 - LOD 500

Monitoring of Construction documents and ensuring the accuracy of those based on the discipline BIM Modelling

• Print / construct drawing sets

Conducts initial clash analysis

Pay: Php18,

License/Certification:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (Preferred)

Licensed Electrical Engineer (Preferred)

• Licensed Architect (Preferred)

Licensed Civil Engineer (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
