BIM Modeler (MEP) - Mandaluyong City

Job Summary:

The BIM Engineer (MEP) primary function is to support the Asst. BIM Manager in the production of 3D BIM models and creating accurate design documents. Knowledgeable and proficient in current and emerging tools and work flows including Autodesk Revit MEP. Passionate about innovative technologies and building systems and is able to work in an independent and self-directed manner.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce 3D BIM modelling using Revit of various FLI Projects, ability to multi-task and integrate multiple

data including IFC and instructions to timely produce accurate deliverables.

Provide reliable BIM quantity extraction as reference to project costing to use by cost planning team

Prepare additional visualization support on site from BIM model completed

Collaborate and coordinate BIM model with other disciplines to monitor design clashes and further help

designers in resolving possible construction issues

Do additional study/research for BIM innovation, develop some discipline specific BIM modelling

content for the projects

Follow BIM content standards and development procedures to ensure quality of the BIM models

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Graduate of any engineering course but must be proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP

Proficient with Autodesk Revit and AutoCad

Familiarity with Naviswork, SketchUp, and other design calculation and analysis software

With hands on experience in other BIM authoring tools and BIM reviewing tools and software is a plus
