Job Overview:The
BIM Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing BIM processes and strategies throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring BIM standards are met, and leveraging BIM technology to improve project outcomes and efficiencies.
Manage the BIM department and oversee BIM project execution.
- Develop and enforce BIM processes, standards, and guidelines.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into project workflows.- Manage BIM software and tools, ensuring they meet project needs.
Provide strategic direction and leadership for BIM initiatives. Manage BIM resources and ensure proper utilization across projects.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in BIM, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Extensive knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and software.- Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
