BIM Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM coordination and design efforts to ensure the success of various projects.
• Participate in design discussions, fostering collaboration and innovative problem-solving within the team.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all drawings, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and detail.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and relevant industry standards.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies by gathering necessary information and working closely with supervisors for solutions.
• Assist in creating project schedules, specifications, and other essential documentation to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, with specialized skills in Drafting.
• 5-10 years of experience, including work on both local and international projects.
• Proficient in Revit and other BIM software, with a solid understanding of modeling.
• Strong foundation in building construction technology to make informed design decisions.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects at once, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Strong communication skills, with a talent for leadership and team motivation.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Clark, Pampanga.
• Ready to start immediately.
