Performs design and BIM works.- Participates in design charrettes and other collaboration meetings.
Performs quality checking of drawings produced to comply with firm's quality standards.
- Performs due diligence on safety and building codes and standards.
Generates solutions to conflicts in drawing details by searching and gathering information, participating in meetings or consulting immediate superior.- Assists in the preparation of schedule of materials and finishes and preparation of specifications and other related documents.
Performs project site inspection.
Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering, Industrial Technology Major in Drafting.
- Preferably with 3-5 years of experience as Revit Modeler / Drafter or similar role.
Experience in residential construction and interior design is a plus.- Possess skills in modeling using Revit, and other BIM technology.
Has basic knowledge in building construction technology.
- Can understand architectural and engineering drawings.
Has basic knowledge in design and drafting skills.- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
Can start ASAP.
