Job Summary- Coordination with the Service Advisors and Job Controllers regarding the correct data of customers information of repair orders being billed.
Checking of the selling dealer of every unit for service especially units with FPM for their proper billing.- Providing accurate billing charges to service customers to minimize complaints in billing.
Checking and correcting customer's mode of payment and updating them into the DMS system.
- Double checking of important documents necessary for billing and payment (e.g. Letter of Authority LOA, Charge customer's Purchase Order, Tax Exemption, etc.).
- Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Business Administration
- At least 1 year work-related experience
With background on Automotive- Proficient in oral communication
