Job description- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel and Internet.
- Must be customer-oriented.
- Average oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge in basic accounting princples; office operations and standards.
- Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts & information.
- Possesses a valid non-professional driver's license.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
- Collecting all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts,
discount rates etc.)
- Checking the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill.
- Issuing invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels
(mails,e-mails, etc.)
- Issuing customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary
- Receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments, etc.) and check
for credibility.
- Sending reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.
