Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing Specialist with a focus on psychotherapy billing. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in all billing operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the billing process. This role requires expertise in submitting claims, data entry, resubmitting rejected and denied claims, and managing client communications regarding billing issues. Key Responsibilities- Billing Operations:
- Perform accurate and timely submission of medical claims.
- Handle all data entry related to billing and patient information.
- Resubmit rejected and denied claims, ensuring they are corrected and processed promptly.
- Contact clients whose credit cards are invalid and obtain updated payment information.
- Address and resolve client billing inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Strategic Prioritization:
- Prioritize urgent billing items to maximize revenue flow.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the billing process to improve efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist in generating reports on the health and performance of the billing department.

Qualifications- Experience:
