Overall Purpose of the Role

In this role, you will generate detailed and accurate billing information for client work orders, ensuring timely invoicing in line with departmental policies and procedures. Additional Details
- Salary range: PHP 30,000 35,000 monthly package
- Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays from 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time following EST
- Work set-up:Onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa(Madrigal Business Park)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the accounts assigned to you
- Managing the daily queue with special attention to deadlines
- Accurately generate the system invoices for customers
- Verify the accuracy and proper filing of the applicable work orders, sign-offs, backup & other required documentation
- Responsible for verifying that the billing rate charged to clients are accurate
- Ensure client billings are in compliance with all client requirements
- Minimize Billing Holds by providing solutions to issues and eliminating those that can be resolved upfront before placing on Billing Hold
- Follow up on all unresolved Billing Holds to keep all client billings current
- Ensure client special billing requests, including but not limited to yearend procedures, are adhered to
- Ensure all client billing-related deadlines are met
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Call vendors to follow up on missing documentation if needed
- Assist Assistant Billing Manager and Billing Team Leaders on special projects as needed
- Educate the vendors on the proper procedures, tools, and methods used to bill their services
- Assist other team members when necessary
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Controller including working overtime as needed
- Offer Suggestions for process improvements to enhance the speed and efficiency of the AP / Billing cycle
Qualifications
- Good mathematical skills
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Excel / Spreadsheet
- Accounting and/or Billing experience is an advantage, but not required
