QUALIFICATIONS:- Two (2) years of Customer Service experience in a BPO or call center environment (preferably with voice, chat & email experience) handling US programs is required, particularly billing/financial/accounting.
Knowledge on US tax policy is a plus.- At least 2 years of college education or a Senior High School graduate.
Available to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
