Qualifications:Bachelors degree
Billing Coordinator Exp is a must
2 yrs relevant experience
Ability to multi-task and work-well in high paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills written and oral
Good comms w/ MSO and Excel Exp
- Duties & Responsibilities:
Stakeholders coordinator - intl clients
Generate and prepare draft client bills through our Finance system
Edit draft bills as instructed by our partners, associates, and other employees
Prepare, submit and monitor e-bills through eBilling Hub Gather, organize and summarize back-ups for disbursements requested
Generate standard billing reports in 3E, including WIP, AR, and Timekeeper Utilization Other reasonable duties as the business requires
