BILLING ASSISTANT_JOB DESCRIPTION:_
- Prepares accurate Billing Invoices for Rental on a timely basis;
Timely and accurate processing of Credit Memo, Request for Adjustments;- Timely and accurate preparation of reports and analyses including account / machine movement;
Ensures all accounts are billed on a monthly basis and coordinates any un-metered accounts prior to closing of the Billing Cycle;
- Timely resolution of billing issues; coordinates issues with concerned departments;
Ensures proper filing and safe keeping of records (hard copy / Netsuite and DocuVu)- Performs any other work related that may be assigned by the Billing Manager
_QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES:_
- Graduate Of Bachelor in Science in Accountancy or its equivalent;
At least 1-2 years experience in Billing is preferred.
- Knowledge in Oracle Netsuite or other ERP systems;
Advanced Excel Skills and other MS office applications;- Can communicate effectively in all levels in the organization (excellent oral and written skills)
Detail oriented, analytic, excellent coordination skills
